There are many things to consider when pricing your home.  Having an agent that knows your market can make the difference between your home selling, or sitting for months!

The most accurate way to determine the listing price of your home is by looking at comparable “comps” sales and listings in your immediate area.  Taking the average price per square foot and multiplying that by the square footage of your home is a great place to start.  Then making additions and subtractions based on the features that make your home unique.
